Alpha House
Week of  Care

Volunteer to provide meals and childcare for families. Alpha House offers temporary housing, meals, and support services to help families regain stability.

Rotating Shelter

March 17 - 24, 2025

 

​We're extending our commitment to sheltering those in need by hosting an extra week of the Rotating Shelter program. Sign up to host or provide meals.

Habitat for Humanity

The House of Faith Build is back! Join us at 423 Ainsworth Circle, Ypsilanti.
Build days (9 AM – 4 PM):

Food Gatherers

Saturday, April 12

9 - 11 am

 

Work at the Food Gatherers' warehouse sorting produce and canned goods, repackaging bulk foods, and keeping the warehouse clean and food-safe. 

Sack Lunch Assembly

Saturday, May 3

10 am, Social Hall

 

Donate items and assemble sack lunches for Hope Clinic, providing nutritious meals to those in need.

CASS Community Services

Saturday, May 17

9 am

Lend a hand at CASS Community Services during our half-day workday, where we’ll support their vital outreach efforts with a project to be assigned on-site.

Habitat Beautification Day

Saturday, May 17

9 am - 1 pm, West Willow

Let's work together to enhance the West Willow community in Ypsilanti through landscaping and cleanup projects.

Alpha House Garden Day

Bring your gloves, rake and shovel and help us beautify this wonderful family shelter to make it feel more like home.

Friends in Deed Circles Dinner

Help provide a meal by supporting this dinner financially, helping with meal/food preparation, or helping with the set up/serving/clean up

Mission Mania Game

Get ready to explore, solve puzzles, attend events, and earn points in our exciting new Mission Mania game! Inspired by the fun and adventure of the Ann Arbor Public Library’s Summer Game, this interactive experience is designed for all ages!

What Is Mission Mania?

Mission Mania is a month-long game that challenges you to engage with mission and outreach opportunities in creative ways. Search for codes, solve riddles, participate in community events, and earn points toward awesome prizes—all while learning about the impact of our mission work!
